Manawa Avenue Reserve playground upgrade

The playground equipment at Manawa Avenue Reserve playground, Paraparaumu, is reaching the end of its safe playing life, so we will be upgrading it.

We propose a design for the new playground equipment that will retain the same play values as the existing equipment, although some of the features may have changed.

Our goal is to design an interesting playground that meets the needs of both children and their caregivers. We also want our new design to complement the play equipment available at surrounding playgrounds.

We'll be doing in-person consultation at Manawa Ave on Sunday 3 November 10.30–11.30am and Wednesday 6 November, 3.30–4.30pm.
