Consultation has concluded

This draft plan change responds to a review of the current District Plan “development incentives” provisions, and proposes refocusing those provisions to incentivise positive indigenous biodiversity and ecological outcomes across all rural zones (including General Rural, Rural Production and Rural Lifestyle zones).
